Occupied Homes
Staging with what you have. We will arrange items that create in each room, the ambiance that attracts the most buyers.
Walk- through Consultation - Standard. Walk through with the homeowner detailing what the buyer will see & give recommendations to make it appealing to a broad range of people.
Walk- through Consultation - Deluxe. Same as above except we take pictures, advertise & type up the report which is sent to the agent and owner with an outline of details for each area of the property. At least 1 room is staged for an example. Plan on spending about 2 hours with us!
Vacant homes:
Staging vacants: We conduct a free analysis with several tiers of services and options for you to choose from. We have staged from apartments to multi-million dollar CASTLES! Contact us for your FREE assessment.
Inventory for occupied homes: After a consultation appointment, and it is determined that accessories are needed, we are here to help! The follow-up visit will mostly include staging of artwork, greenrey, precise articles, lamps and no furniture. This is a flat rate according to items brought in & homeowners keep the inventory until the home sells. This is ideal for those who need some fill-in items without the expense of purchasing it, moving it and are short on time.
